How is billing calculated?

Per-second for compute (minimum 60 seconds), per-GB-hour for storage. We invoice monthly in USD. Sales tax / VAT applied per your billing country.

What counts as egress?

Only outbound traffic to the public internet. VM-to-storage in the same region is free, always. Inter-region traffic is $0.005/GB.

Are there support tiers I have to pay for?

No. Email support is included, SLA-backed for paying customers. Phone + dedicated TAM are included once you commit $5K/mo or more.

Single-AZ: 99.9%. Multi-AZ: 99.95%. Multi-region: 99.99% (enterprise). Credits paid back as service hours, not just letters of apology.

Can I move out without paying egress fees?

Yes. We waive egress charges for the final 60 days when you migrate off, no questions asked.

Below $5K/mo, list price is the price — and it's already cheaper than the negotiated price most teams get from AWS. Above that, yes, we negotiate.

Where can I see all the regions?

We currently run in Virginia (us-east-1), Los Angeles (us-west-1), and Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Singapore (ap-southeast-1) opens in roughly two months — preorder is available now.

No, but a $100 starter credit covers around two months of a small VM + 100 GB block + 50 GB object. A credit card is required at sign-up for verification; you only pay for what you use beyond the credit.
