Sub-processors
We use a small number of third-party vendors to help run NimbusNexus. They process personal data only on our instructions and under written contracts that include confidentiality and security obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum.
Current list
The detailed sub-processor list is currently being prepared for publication. In the meantime, you can request the current list — including each sub-processor’s name, country of processing, and the processing activity they perform — by emailing [email protected].
We will email customers at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor, per §6 of the DPA. To subscribe to change notifications, email the same address with the subject line “subscribe: sub-processor changes”.
